HR Manager/Head of HR Department

Main duties:

  • advice and professional support in the field of personnel management and administration,
  • overseeing all aspects of HR functions in the organization,
  • cooperation with legal institutions,
  • conducting recruitment projects,
  • support in other personnel processes (for exp.: employees introduction, creation of job descriptions, identification of training needs etc.),
  • preparation of reports and summaries for headquarters.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • higher education,
  • excellent knowledge of the HR area ,
  • min. 5 years’ experience in a responsible position,
  • practical knowledge in the HR field,
  • good Russian and English knowledge in written and spoken is must, other foreign languages will be an advantage
  • strong experience with the following software: MS Office, Internet
  • ability to work with big volume of information
  • organizational skills, self-discipline and liability,
  • ability to operate under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • excellent communication skills.
