We are looking for a support specialist. The candidate will help our customers with their inquiries.

Our major clients are located in the US, UK, Europe, Australia, China, Latin America, and other countries. Since 2007, we have created more than 200 products that are now used by world-famous brands and large internet agencies and software developers.

  • Processing customers' requests (presale and technical issues, live-chat);

  • Email correspondence with customers;

  • Addressing technical issues and inquiries;

  • Extensions' configuration assistance;

  • Bug reporting to the QA team;

  • Story/Feature requests composing based on customers' feedbacks for product development efficiency.


  • Fluent English (both oral and written);

  • Experience in communicating with native speakers (preferably with the US and UK residents);

  • Experience in managing online stores and general understanding of technical aspects will be a huge plus:

  • Willingness to learn quickly.
